Operational Excellence through Global SAP Implementation

The objective of the Project is to build and roll-out a global SAP solution. The project will eventually impact over 2,000 users in more than 25 countries, 40 sites and 7 languages. Project will implement sites over time, scheduled for completion by the end of 2008.


Lodestone supported the client in four main areas:

• Alignment with the parent company, and realization of synergies from the Group's efforts in implementing SAP in other business units
• Process standardization, master data realization and consolidation
• Global and Local Project and Integration Management
• Delivery of substantial technical and functional SAP solutions, including System Landscape Design and full SAP Implementation
