Introduction of Multi-GAAP accounting with IFRS as leading GAAP based on SAP as technical enabler to optimize financial reporting in terms of quality, speed and efficiency.- Within the first phase a subgroup consolidation for the asset management segment of a leading international financial services holding company was implemented on the system landscape.
- In parallel Lodestone supported the client in the design and implementation of a finance and controlling solution based on SAP R/3 Enterprise and BW/SEM technology for the major operating asset management entities, followed by a step by step roll-out process within the organization to provide all cost center heads with online planning and reporting functionalities enhancing cost transparency and reporting efficiency.
- In the third wave the solution has been rolled-out to further operating companies, whereby the finance function has been consolidated to a central finance service center.
