Our clients
Recent projects for Lodestone’s HCM community include:
- One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies initiated a programme to implement simpler, standardized processes and data worldwide. As part of this programme, Lodestone was engaged to assist in the replacement of existing processes and systems in the Swiss based companies and operations of the organisation. The project covers the largest country operation for this client, incorporating approximately 13,000 employees. Go-live of the new solution will take place in stages during 2010 and 2011. Success of this project to date has led to Lodestone’s involvement in the deployment of the solution globally.
- We are supporting one of the leading providers of precision instruments for professional use in designing and implementing the global template of their SAP HCM solution and in deploying it globally. The project covers nearly all SAP HCM modules, ESS/MSS and BI for about 10.000 employees in 35 countries with the intention of optimizing and harmonizing the main HR processes to support the provisioning of high-quality HR services globally.
Our recruitment needs
Our success means that we need to recruit additional HCM consulting talent. To join Lodestone’s team the ideal candidate will have:
- Strong, business orientated, Human Capital consulting experience
- 3 years+ experience of implementing SAP HCM
- Expertise in issues and SAP solutions related to talent, self service, HR analytics (BI) or HR shared services
