Managing & Senior Consultants Human Capital Management
The strategic importance of Human Capital Management is growing due to global trends, like the demographic change and increasing organizational complexity. Therefore we are establishing our international HCM consulting practice and are looking in all locations for:Managing & Senior Consultants Human Capital Management
Your task:
As a managing/senior consultant in the area of Human Capital Management you will work on core topics of the organization - together with our clients you will develop HR strategies, take care of the optimization of their HR organization and processes, e.g. through a shared service center implementation or you will support as a competent partner in international change management projects.
Additional consulting topics are cultural change projects, HR analytics, outsourcing advisory, and added-value HCM processes like performance management, talent management, recruiting or learning management. You are designing best-in-class support functions, which are efficient and effective and which provide the organization with strategic advantages.
As part of a client focused consulting company, you will have direct and immediate client contact either as part of a consulting team or as an acknowledged expert. You will work internationally for multinational companies. You will dedicate part of your time for conceptual improvement of our methods and tools for HR optimization.
Your profile:
- You have gained practical experience in one/several of the following areas: HR strategy development, organizational development, change management, HR service delivery model/ HR organization/ shared services, HR transformation projects, process optimization, performance management or talent management.
- You have mastered your university degree or equivalent qualification with great success
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You are known for your delivery focus, your project management skills and your entrepreneurial thinking
- You are committed, creative and are able to work independently as well as in a team
- You are comfortable working in large, multinational environments and you are receptive to client needs
- You can inspire and convince others; you build naturally long term relationships based on trust and expertise
- You are fluent in English and have a convincing and efficient communication style
- You will be part of a professional, appreciative and international consulting community
