Our Story
First Steps
- Lodestone Management Consulting (Lodestone) was founded in Switzerland in 2005. Our headquarters and the roots of the company are therefore in Zurich, Switzerland.
- Committed to accelerated growth we founded in rapid succession subsidiaries in Germany, Luxemburg, Portugal, US and with the incorporation of Thailand based Lodestone Management Consultants (Asia Pacific), Lodestone established a hub to expand in the Asia Pacific Region.
- Mid 2006 Lodestone acquired Mutaris Consulting GmbH, Zug, Switzerland as well as Mutaris GmbH, Lörrach, Germany.
Building on success

Further expanding our global footprint we founded subsidiaries in the UK, in Canada as well as Poland.

With the acquisition of Belgium based GO4 Consulting we expanded our presence in the BENELUX region establishing Lodestone Belgium. - Building on our Asia Pacific hub we acquired Benelong Consulting, Australia establishing Lodestone in Sydney.

Since it was founded, Lodestone has experienced rapid growth and has about 280 employees at present.
