Ronald Hafner is Chief Executive Officer of Infosys Lodestone, a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys that advises international companies on strategy and process optimization as well as IT-enabled transformation. Infosys Lodestone is focused on a value-adding combination of management and IT consulting.

Prior to its acquisition by Infosys in 2012, Ronald was CEO and Partner of Lodestone Management Consultants AG, responsible for the company’s global operations since founding the business in 2005, posting high double digit revenue growth in that time.

Ronald has over 20 years of experience consulting with multinational corporations on business and IT strategy. His clients include blue chip companies from a range of industries; most notably industrials, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. He has a strong track record in advising international companies on large business transformation programs, as well as extensive experience in program management – both in internal as well external roles – spanning project delivery, overall program control and management.

Ronald began his career in 1988 at Price Waterhouse where he served clients from various industries for eight years from the Zurich office. In 1995 he moved to strategy consulting and joined McKinsey in Zurich. He returned to Price Waterhouse and was appointed a Partner in 1997. At PricewaterhouseCoopers Ronald was responsible for the Consumer & Industrial Products unit, providing a full range of consulting services, from strategy to implementation, for this industry. He became a Partner at IBM Business Consulting Services as part of the acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ consulting practice.

Ronald Hafner holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Basel.

Jürgen Bauer is Partner and Member of the Executive Board of Infosys Lodestone, a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys that advises international companies on strategy and process optimization as well as IT-enabled transformation. Jürgen is a co-founder of Lodestone Management Consultants AG (now Infosys Lodestone) and has global responsibility for Infosys Lodestone’s retail, consumer packaged goods, logistics and life sciences business, with a strong focus on the life sciences segment.

Jürgen specialises in business transformation, systems integration, and IT strategy, and has over 20 years of experience in management consulting for multinational clients. He leads large scale SAP-enabled business transformations, fast track turnarounds, and M&A-based initiatives for his clients in life sciences and other industries.

He started his career at Price Waterhouse in Germany in 1992. From 1995 to 1998 he worked in the US, following which he moved to PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland where he was admitted to the partnership in 2000. In 2002 he became a Partner at IBM Global Services as part of the acquisition of PwC Consulting.

Peter Ödman is a Partner and Member of the Executive Board of Infosys Lodestone, a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys that advises international companies on strategy and process optimization as well as IT-enabled transformation. Peter Ödman has been on the Board since co-founding Lodestone Management Consultants AG (now Infosys Lodestone) in 2005 and is currently responsible for Infosys Lodestone’s Asia Pacific as well as the Financial Services and Insurance business.

Peter has many years of consulting experience in the financial services industry. His key clients include various multinational banking and insurance groups. He has a reputation for successfully architecting and delivering large, complex and international finance transformation programs. Peter works across all continents.

Peter began his career at Price Waterhouse in 1992 and was promoted into the partnership in 1999. In 2002 Peter became a Senior Executive at IBM Global Services, a role he held until 2005. Peter had global responsibility at both companies for all services delivered to the largest financial services companies - from strategic consulting to IT-services.

Michael Stein is a Partner and Member of the Executive Board of Infosys Lodestone, a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys that advises international companies on strategy and process optimization as well as IT-enabled transformation. In his role, Michael Stein has global responsibility for the Infosys Lodestone communities developing the company’s services and supporting the people and skill networks.

Michael has over 19 years of management consulting experience. He has successfully delivered large-scale global SAP enabled business transformation programs, designed enterprise architectures and ERP strategies. His other areas of expertise include enterprise architecture design, quality assurance, supply chain management and master data management. Recognised as a trusted adviser by his clients, Michael has been involved in several quality assurance and turnaround initiatives. His international clients are primarily active in the life sciences and discrete manufacturing industries.

Before joining Infosys Lodestone, Michael was General Manager at Mutaris Consulting GmbH, a role he held from 1997 until 2006. Prior to this, he was employed at Andersen Consulting from 1993 until 1997.

Michael Stein holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science and Logistics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

Ian Stuart is a Partner and Member of the Executive Board of Infosys Lodestone, a fully owned subsidiary of Infosys that advises international companies on strategy and process optimization as well as IT-enabled transformation. Ian Stuart is responsible for the retail, consumer packaged goods and logistics business of Infosys Lodestone.

Ian Stuart has over 19 years of management consulting experience, with extensive knowledge of complex business transformation programs delivered with ERP. He has proven expertise in financial process transformation including shared services and business process outsourcing. Ian Stuart leads large scale transformational programs for his clients and also acts as a trusted advisor in turning around troubled projects. He serves clients primarily in the life sciences, retail and consumer packaged goods industries.

Prior to being appointed to his current position, Ian Stuart was a Partner at Infosys Consulting, Inc.. From 2000 until 2010 Ian worked as Associate Partner for IBM, serving primarily global organizations to solution and deliver large scale business transformation programs. Previously he was Principle Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting for three years. Earlier in his career, Ian Stuart worked for a number of companies in the role of Management consultant and Project Manager.

Ian Stuart holds a BSc Hons in Business Information Technology.
