Shared Service Center for Allianz Business Services

The HandelsZeitung has published an article on Lodestone's project for Allianz: a Shared Service Center for eight Central Eastern European countries. Allianz New Europe (“AZNE”) has local companies in eight countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia). In most of these countries Allianz is one of the leading insurance providers. Included in the scope are Accounting, Financial Controlling and reporting processes. In addition to the definition of a new organization, processes and the transition of local activities into the Shared Service Center a new SAP application (including the required infrastructure) have had to be implemented.
