The objective of the world-wide SAP core project is to define harmonized business processes that are supported by highly integrated SAP (mySAP 2005) systems in key areas as Supply Chain Management, Finance, Manufacturing and Purchasing.


Lodestone is supporting the client in:

• Develop and globally roll-out a SAP template. Supply Chain Management, Finance, Manufacturing and Purchasing, i.e. SAP components for transaction processing (SAP ERP), Reporting (SAP BW) and Supply Chain Planning (SAP SCM)
• Define basis for automated, flexible reporting with reduced effort i.e. Supply Chain KPIs, Financial reporting and month end closing
• Support future integrated, highly flexible, fast and transparent Supply Chain model
• Develop good common processes and concepts for manufacturing and QA (batch management) which will be implemented in all manufacturing sites
