Global Finance Transformation and SAP Roll-out for a Financial Services GroupThe objective of the Program is to build and roll-out a business requirement and IT-framework that will enhance reporting and support decision making.
Lodestone supported the client in four main areas:
- Global Program Management
- Development and global roll-out of a SAP template for financial applications, i.e. FI/CO, BW and SEM
- Development and implementation of an accounting, controlling and reporting framework (e.g. value drivers, actuarial reporting, risk controlling)
- Development and implementation of best practice for finance processes to increase the efficiency of the finance function across the group
