Our Story

First Steps
  • Lodestone Management Consultants was founded in Switzerland in 2005. Our headquarters and the roots of the company are therefore in Zurich, Switzerland.
  • In the third quarter Lodestone Management Consultants GmbH in Germany was founded and in the fourth quarter we established a presence in Luxemburg.
  • Lodestone began with projects in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry as well as in Financial Services. The independence of Lodestone and close cooperation with SAP and other leading technology companies contributed to Lodestone's success.
Current trends
  • In 2006 our accelerated growth continued and we incorporated Lodestone Portugal and Lodestone US which also led to the creation of Lodestone Holding AG to further facilitate our geographical expansion.
  • In July 2006 Lodestone merged with Mutaris Consulting GmbH, Zug, Switzerland as well as Mutaris GmbH, Lörrach, Germany
  • Since it was founded, Lodestone has experienced rapid growth and currently has about 120 employees.
