Lodestone Management Consultants on its way from newcomer to industry leader
Lodestone, a leading Swiss management consultant with branch offices in 11 countries, generated revenues of CHF 106 million in fiscal year 2007, representing an increase of 120% over the prior year period. The firm, headquartered in Kloten, significantly outperformed the industry average in fiscal year 2007 and continued to build up its excellent market position as an independent firm.Ronald Hafner, CEO of Lodestone, emphasizes that the growth achieved in the year 2007 had been especially strong: Lodestone won a number of significant projects with international clients over the past year. The firm’s favorable developments are substantially attributable to its performance in Strategy & Business Process Consulting, Solution Implementation, and IT Transformation Consulting. 75% of its growth was organic, while 25% was due to acquisitions.
Lodestone was established in 2005. With a staff currently numbering approximately 400, it is one of the largest independent management consulting businesses in Switzerland with a global reach. Continuous expansion has enabled the firm to manage increasingly complex projects. Overall, according to Hafner, all current competencies of Lodestone provide a very healthy basis, allowing it to continue pursuing its growth strategy in 2008.
