SAP Business Consultant (in-house)

Lodestone Management Consultants is a global provider of management consulting services in SAP enabled business transformation. Lodestone’s headquarters is in Zurich, Switzerland with presence in Asia, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Belgium, UK, Portugal and Eastern Europe.

For our headquarters in Zurich-Kloten we require a SAP Business Consultant with the following profile.
The candidate should be able to:

• Plan and implement/change business applications based on requirement analysis, specifications and recommendations
• Assess/evaluate new technologies/applications on the market and provide information with regard to feasibility and impact
• Define and maintain principles/standards with regard to the Lodestone IT Architecture, taking into consideration the overall business strategy as well as economic factors
• Develop and maintain test-cases and –procedures, coordinate testing’s in cooperation with the business
• Define, implement and maintain the change management process
• Maintain system landscapes with regard to quality, reliability and security
• Manage Outsourcers (e.g. SLA) and coordinate tasks between Lodestone and Service Providers (e.g. License Management)
• Manage small and medium business projects in respect of agreed results, within time and budget
• Assist in business User Support and problem solving
• Compose technical documents, overviews, system specifications

A successful candidate will have:

• University degree in IT or adequate business experiences
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO – (HCM would also be preferred)
• Methodological and analytical expertise
• Good knowledge about business organizations and processes, business modeling, data management, design- and development methods
• Project Management expertise (theory and practice)
• Excellent social competences

Languages:

• Good communication and writing skills in technical and business English and German
