ICT Consultant

To strengthen our IT Team at the company’s headquarters in Zurich-Kloten we are looking with
immediate effect for a engaged personality.

The candidate should be able to:

• Define and maintain principles/standards with regard to the Lodestone IT Architecture, taking into consideration the overall business strategy as well as economic factors
• Ensure continuous improvement of Lodestone’s ICT
• Assess/evaluate new technologies on the market and provide information with regard to feasibility and impact
• Maintain Lodestone’s ICT with regard to quality, reliability and security
• Manage ICT projects in respect of agreed results, within time and budget
• Assist in 2nd Level IT User Support and problem solving
• Maintain formal and informal relationship to various stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, partners,
• Lodestone employees (Service Management)
• Compose technical documents, overviews, system specifications

A successful candidate will have:

• University degree in IT or adequate business experiences
• Methodological and analytical expertise
• Project Management expertise (method and doing)
• Excellent social competences
• Experienced in subject-related people management (e.g. in projects)
• Good knowledge about business organizations and processes
• Very good communication and writing skills in German and English
