HR Manager

Tasks:
- Taking care of Employees (approximately 120); from entry date until leave date.
- Close contact to coaches and partners.
- Generalist HR service and performance management advice to partners & coaches
- Responsible person for CH employee insurances (pension fund, social security, illness & accident, maternity leave, military service, etc.)
- CH payroll (SAP)
- CH policy and process optimization (incl. annual salary statements)
- Assisting with organizational and management development projects
- Reference letters, interim reference letters, work certificates, etc.
- Maintenance of employee records in SAP
- Various reporting: Holiday accruals (quarterly), nominal cost report (monthly, etc.), local and globally
- Organization of ‘Introduction Day’
- Supporting of global projects
Skills required:
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of SAP HR, MS Office, Windows Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility, independent work style, high committed, professionally credible, reliable, team player, competent, resistant in an unstructured area
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German
Education:
- Commercial school
- Personalfachfrau/Personalfachmann is a must
