Accountant / Controller

Your Position/Tasks:
You have a broad responsibility and play a key role within our finance team. You support the achievement
of strategic objectives through the delivery of timely, accurate and 'fit for purpose' information on the
financial performance of the Group/Companies within agreed timescales.
- Supplier accounting, including entry, verification and payment of invoices
- Raising & tracking purchase orders
- Client accounting, including creation of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT reporting (liaison with outsourcers)
- Monthly closing and reporting, Intercompany and other accounts reconciliation
- Reporting to parent company
- VAT reporting (liaison with outsourcers)
- Monthly closing and reporting, Intercompany and other accounts reconciliation
- Annual income tax reporting
- Country and project controlling
- Verification of annual budget prior to presentation
- Various analyses as needed for management
Your Profile:
- High level of competency in managing general ledger accounts & Financial Reports
- Excellent command with Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- SAP experience
- Proactive and focussed
- Quick learner
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- English and German are used daily, any additional language welcome
