Recent projects by the EAT Community included:
- One of the world's leading companies in its industry needed an integration platform as a key architecture component of a global SAP transformation program. Lodestone was engaged to evaluate and design a fit-for-purpose architecture; we subsequently established the specifications and designed and developed the integration platform. In addition we ensured the future maintainability and supported the build-up of know-how at the clients SAP CCoE. In addition to the EAI topic, members of the EAT community managed and delivered all ABAP developments as well as user authorization.
- At one of Lodestone’s clients, the mission of a global initiative was to transform the ERP environment to a globally harmonized and seamlessly integrated system landscape that optimally supports the business processes. As one aspect of this program, members of the Lodestone Nearshore Center provided ABAP development for the enhancements, containing the new global template. With our Nearshore delivery model, we saved implementation costs in comparison to an onsite model and delivered top-quality in development but also in supporting these enhancements.
