Recent projects for the FM Community have included:
- A global initiative to transform the Finance function of one of the world's leading companies in its industry, in terms of business requirements, processes and IT-systems. The objective of the Program was to build a (content- and IT-) framework to enhance reporting/accounting and decision making. Lodestone supported the global program and roll-out management, the definition and implementation of best-practice finance processes, the template development based on SAP ECC including FI/CO, FAM and BW as well as the roll-out to various countries worldwide.
- One of the world's leading companies in its industry established a Shared Service Centre to provide financial accounting, regulatory and corporate reporting, and management accounting support services for its companies across Eastern Europe. The objective of the Shared Service Centre setup was improved efficiency, effectiveness and harmonisation of its finance and accounting operations. Lodestone was the delivery partner for the definition and implementation of the Shared Service Centre. Lodestone designed and implemented an operating model, new processes, organisation and systems (SAP and document and workflow management systems) for the Shared Service Centre.
To join Lodestone’s FM team the ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in at least one of our key service areas mentioned above
- 3 years+ experience implementing SAP Financials
- Several years of Business consulting experience with one of the leading consulting firms
