Executive Management Assistant

To strengthen our Team at the company’s headquarters in Zurich-Kloten we are looking with immediate effect for a committed personality as

Executive Management Assistant (f/m)

Tasks:

•    support executives in all administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements,
     organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments, correspondence (mainly in English)
•    liaising with clients, suppliers as well as internal and external customers
•    drafting and reformatting of presentations
•    internet researches
•    project work
•    organization of events

Your profile:

•    2-3 years of experience as a Management Assistant preferred
•    fluent in English and German written and spoken
•    excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure
•    reliable, discreet and absolutely trustworthy
•    proactive and focused
•    excellent organizational skills
•    good Time Management

Education:

•    relevant education (e.g. Secretarial, Administration Management) or similar professional experience
