• Identification and definition of adequate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage an enterprise under consideration of best-practice solutions

Recent projects for the BI Community have included:

• A global initiative to establish a new reporting platform for management level of one of the world's leading companies in its industry. The objective of the Program was to build a content- and IT- framework to enhance reporting and decision making. First phase of this program dealt with creating of new applications for reporting of consolidated figures as well as for product margin rates. Second wave reduced the manual effort to create monthly/quarterly reports and the third wave established dashboards for global and local management. Lodestone supported the global program management, the definition and implementation of best-practice BI processes, the template development based on SAP BI and BO as well as the roll-out to various countries worldwide.
• One of the world's leading companies in its industry needed a planning application with the objective to get an integrated enterprise planning and reporting system consisting of a CFO-focused Enterprise Data Warehouse. This also included standardized and automated planning processes for Life and Non-life insurance business as well as integration of decentralized functional planning and reporting models (e.g. for sales & distribution, claims, investments, costs)

To join Lodestone’s BI team the ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience in at least one of our key service areas mentioned above
• Several years of Business consulting experience with one of the leading consulting firms and/ or
• 2 years+ experience implementing SAP BI solutions
